THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NO INFORMATION GIVEN BY GOLDSTATS,
ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES WILL CREATE ANY
WARRANTY.
Terms and Conditions
The documents and reports published by GoldStats Web Stats
may only be used as permitted by the license agreement in these
terms and conditions.
GoldStats Web Stats membership requires the user to place the complete
unmodified HTML code into the BODY of there web site’s page.
This code can not be changed, hidden, enclosed in <div... tags,
placed on a non-scrollable frames page or altered in any way, doing so will
void and/or terminate your account with GoldStats Web Stats. All
free members MUST display the banner code properly or the users
account will be deleted with no recourse.
Goldstats standard membership and the premier membership are
limited to 100,000 page views in a 3-month period. Sites that
generate traffic above this limit will be required to pay
Goldstats Premier Stats fees.
Site owners that do not abide by these terms are subject to immediate cancellation of
GoldStats Web Stats account(s). Individuals and businesses that do
not abide by these term may also be bared from joining
any services offered by GoldStats Web Stats, Mediaservices
Network, MS-Links Exchange and any other company that
Mediaservices Network has direct control of.
GoldStats Web Stats provides the materials under a
nonexclusive, non-transferable license for printing and use only
by the individual who signed onto this service, and only for that
individual's personal use.
The user is not permitted to
commercially exploit the information or transfer it to any third
party. Any reprinting, sublicensing, copying, modifying,
publishing, assignment, transfer, sales, or other distribution of
the Materials is prohibited without the prior written consent of
Mediaservices Network.
The user may not copy, translate, modify,
or make derivative works of the materials. The user may not rent,
disclose, publish, sell, assign, lease, sublicense, market, or
transfer the GoldStats service.
The user may not derive or attempt
to derive the source code or structure of all or any portion of
our web site by reverse engineering, disassembly, hacking, or any
other means.
The user may not use the materials to operate an
information bureau. The materials may not be copied, even if
modified or merged with other data or software.
The user can not
alter, remove or copy any copyright notice or proprietary legend
contained in GoldStats Web Stats web site.

THE USER OF THIS SYSTEM ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR
THE USE OF THE MATERIALS AND THE INTERNET GENERALLY.

ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR
ENDORSEMENTS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE MATERIALS,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NO INFRINGEMENT.
GOLDSTATS DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LEGAL LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE ACCURACY OF GOLDSTATS REPORTS AND DATABASES, COMPLETENESS,
OR USEFULNESS OF ANY MATERIAL ON THIS SITE.
MEDIASERVICES AND
GOLDSTATS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COMPENSATORY, SPECIAL,
DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXEMPLARY
DAMAGES OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR
PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR

typographical errors. Mediaservices Network has the right to make
